Costs

The cost of the Vasectomy operation including counselling and the 3 month post op. testing of semen samples is £300.  This money is paid directly to various charities, such as 'Scope', an orphans home in Zambia, The Wey & Arun Canal Trust and others.  Please pay if possible by cheque which can be gift aided.  We can accept cash, but are unable to process credit cards

The Wey & Arun Canal is the only canal running through Surrey and Sussex and has been derelict for the last 130 years. WACT are a group of 1200 volunteers trying to restore it to its former place as "London's Lost Route to the Sea" Already they have a section at Loxwood, fully restored with a narrow boat running weekend short trips from the Onslow Arms. Non returnable deposit/booking fee
Of  the £300 fee,  £30 is payable on booking the operation time, and is a non returnable deposit. We are sorry to have to do this but we have had too many last minute cancellations (tempting, isn't it! ) and this wastes valuable nurse and doctor time.

Semen samples
These are tested at the surgery. There is no charge for this as it's included in the initial cost.  Further tests can be done for peace of mind.  Simply send in a sample with full name & tel. no. details plus £5 cash.

Skin Consultations
Dr Heatley has subspecialised in Dermatology and obtained the DPD (Diploma in Practical Dermatology) in 1992. Since then he has run a busy skin clinic and can give advice on most common skin problems from acne to moles, eczema, psoriasis etc. Consultation cost £30.00.
